Hello English 413 Class! My name is Olive Aquilizan, how are you all doing? I hope we have a good semester together.
I am a Senior majoring in Marketing. I am taking this class because I needed a break from all my business classes. Hopefully I'll be done with the Professional Writing Program by this fall. I'm looking forward to learning new things in this class, by Summer I plan to be not so www-challenged.
I have lived in Las Vegas for almost five years now. I'm originally from Santa Maria, CA. It is a small city in the Central Coast of California. My city's claim to fame at the moment is that it is where Michael Jackson is being arraigned. It's a really beautiful place, I grew up exploring beaches and eating strawberries, I loved it. Now I find myself in the desert, missing the Pacific and my strawberries. Oh well, I'm sure all this schooling will pay off ...someday.
