Promote the scientific and educational value of Nevada’s fossil record.  Enhance the knowledge of paleontology among amateur, student, and professional paleontologists.  Share new discoveries and knowledge with the scientific community and general public for the advancement of paleontology within the state.  Promote the protection and ethical study of Nevada’s paleontological resources.
