Las Vegas Academy

My high school experience at The Las Vegas Academy was spent learning about technical theater. We had a lot of hands on experience because we had an excellent theater there. We got to build and work on sets everyday. We also had the opportunity to stay after and work on real plays.

I learned some skills there that are very important to me. I learned how to run lights and became very familiar with setting them up. Also the types of lights, and running the dimmer and controls. I also used a sound board, and learned how to work it and make sure the sound is right.
